Control Panel ¹ - The Hepsia Control Panel is a normal device solely when combined with the Debian Linux OS and is delivered for free. With Hepsia you can host unmetered Top Level Domains under one hosting user account. This is realizable owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager tool. The other Control Panel interfaces, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable only in combination with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you must have 2 separate hosting account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not deliver any domain name registration/transfer/management opportunities. If you go for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated server, there will be no CP opportunity.

Hosted Domains ² - unlimited domain names can be hosted with all available hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your site names under a single account. Unluckily, the cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel interfaces do not present such feature at all - there is no Domain Manager platform and therefore they demand TWO different web hosting account logins: 1 domain management/billing/support user account and 1 web page administration account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting CP).

Operating System ³ - you will note that the Hepsia hosting Control Panel is offered with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to run it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel platforms operate only with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
